dicespin

This Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy ("Policy") sets out the obligations of AccelCore Enterprise Limitada ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of dicespin-casinos.com ("dicespin"), with respect to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and related financial crime. dicespin operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202506031-FI2 and is incorporated in Costa Rica. This Policy applies to all customers accessing dicespin-casinos.com and forms part of our wider regulatory and responsible-gaming framework.

1. Legal Framework and Regulatory Basis

AccelCore Enterprise Limitada is licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under licence reference ALSI-202506031-FI2. As a condition of that licence, we are required to maintain robust procedures designed to detect, prevent, and report activity that may constitute money laundering or the financing of terrorism. This Policy has been prepared with reference to internationally recognised standards, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and is reviewed and updated on a regular basis to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, and best practice.

All employees, contractors, and third-party service providers who act on behalf of dicespin are required to comply with the procedures set out in this Policy. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, termination of contract, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

2. Definitions

3. Scope

This Policy applies to every individual who creates or attempts to create an account on dicespin-casinos.com, regardless of the product used — casino, live casino, sportsbook, or any future product offered on the platform. It applies across all nine fiat currencies accepted by dicespin: EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, CZK, NOK, PLN, CHF, and NZD. dicespin does not accept cryptocurrency; all transactions are fiat-only.

Because the currency selected at registration is fixed for the lifetime of the account, currency-conversion risk is minimised. However, this Policy applies with equal force regardless of which permitted currency a customer has selected.

4. Risk-Based Approach

dicespin adopts a risk-based approach to AML and KYC compliance. This means that the level of due diligence applied to any individual customer is proportionate to the risk that customer presents. Risk is assessed across multiple dimensions, including but not limited to:

Customers assessed as low risk are subject to standard CDD. Customers assessed as medium or high risk are subject to EDD and may be subject to account restrictions pending the satisfactory completion of enhanced checks. Risk assessments are not static; they are reviewed whenever new information comes to light or when a customer's behaviour changes materially.

5. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

5.1 When CDD Is Triggered

Standard CDD is triggered at the following points:

5.2 Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal is processed — and in some cases before deposit thresholds are reached — dicespin will require the customer to verify their identity. Customers are required to provide:

All documents must be submitted in a clear, unaltered format. dicespin reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, cropped in a way that omits required details, or that show signs of tampering. Where documents are submitted in a language other than English, dicespin may request a certified translation at the customer's expense.

5.3 Age Verification

dicespin does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account or to gamble on dicespin-casinos.com. Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC process. Where there is reasonable doubt about a customer's age at any stage of the relationship, the account will be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory proof of age. Any winnings accrued by a customer who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be forfeited.

5.4 Verification Timelines and Account Restrictions

dicespin operates a payout speed of 1–3 business days after verification is complete. Customers are strongly encouraged to complete identity verification proactively, rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested, in order to avoid unnecessary delays. Where KYC documents have been requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, dicespin reserves the right to:

The minimum withdrawal amount at dicespin is €50 (or currency equivalent). No withdrawal will be processed until identity verification has been satisfactorily completed. The maximum withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €40,000 per month. These limits apply after verification and are subject to review where EDD identifies heightened risk.

6. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

6.1 Triggers for EDD

Enhanced Due Diligence is applied where one or more of the following conditions are present:

6.2 EDD Measures

Where EDD is required, dicespin may take one or more of the following steps:

EDD is not a one-time exercise. Where a customer remains in an elevated-risk category, ongoing monitoring is applied at a heightened frequency for the duration of the customer relationship.

6.3 PEP and Sanctions Screening

All customers are screened against internationally recognised PEP databases and sanctions lists at the point of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the customer relationship. Where a customer is identified as a PEP, their account is automatically flagged for EDD and senior management approval is required before the relationship continues. dicespin does not accept customers who are subject to applicable financial sanctions.

7. Ongoing Monitoring

KYC is not a one-time event. dicespin maintains ongoing monitoring of all customer accounts throughout the lifetime of the relationship. Monitoring activities include:

Where monitoring identifies activity that cannot be adequately explained, the account will be suspended and the matter referred to the MLRO for assessment.

8. Suspicious Activity and Reporting

8.1 Indicators of Suspicious Activity

Staff and systems at dicespin are trained and configured to identify a range of indicators that may suggest money laundering or terrorist financing. These include, but are not limited to:

8.2 Internal Reporting

Any member of staff who identifies suspicious activity, or who has knowledge or reasonable suspicion that a customer is engaged in money laundering or terrorist financing, is required to submit an internal Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) to the MLRO without delay. The STR must be submitted regardless of the amount involved and regardless of whether the activity has been confirmed. Tipping off — that is, informing a customer or any other unauthorised person that a report has been or may be made — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

8.3 External Disclosure

Upon receipt of an internal STR, the MLRO will assess the information and, where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, make an external disclosure to the relevant competent authority in accordance with applicable law. Where a disclosure has been made, dicespin will not process any transaction that could constitute "tipping off" the subject of the report until the relevant authority has confirmed that the transaction may proceed, or a defined period has elapsed without objection.

9. Record Keeping

dicespin retains all customer identification documents, transaction records, and AML-related correspondence for a minimum of five years from the date on which the customer relationship ends, or from the date of the relevant transaction, whichever is the later. Records are stored securely and in a format that makes them readily accessible to the MLRO and, where required by law, to regulatory or law enforcement authorities. All records are held in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Records retained include:

10. Staff Training

All staff at dicespin who interact with customers or who process transactions are required to complete AML and KYC training before taking up their role and on a regular basis thereafter. Training covers the legal and regulatory framework applicable to dicespin, the risk-based approach set out in this Policy, how to identify indicators of suspicious activity, how to submit an internal STR, and the prohibition on tipping off. Records of training completion are maintained by the compliance function. The MLRO is responsible for ensuring that training materials remain current and reflect the latest regulatory guidance and typologies.

11. Prohibited Customers and Restricted Jurisdictions

dicespin does not accept registrations from customers located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law, or from jurisdictions that are subject to applicable sanctions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of dicespin-casinos.com complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In addition, the daily cashback promotion — one of dicespin's core ongoing offers — is not available to customers based in Finland, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Latvia, Canada, Brazil, Chile, or Peru, as stated in the applicable bonus terms. This restriction does not affect the application of AML and KYC requirements to customers in those jurisdictions, which apply in full.

dicespin does not process accounts or transactions involving payment methods registered to third parties. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in the verified customer's own name. This requirement is fundamental to our ability to verify the source of funds passing through the platform.

12. Payment Methods and Currency Controls

dicespin is a fiat-only platform. No cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are accepted. The nine permitted currencies are EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, CZK, NOK, PLN, CHF, and NZD. The currency selected by a customer at registration is fixed for the lifetime of that account.

The minimum deposit is €20 (or currency equivalent). The minimum withdrawal is €50 (or currency equivalent). Withdrawal limits are set at €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €40,000 per month. These limits form part of our financial controls and assist in the identification of unusual patterns of fund movement. Customers whose withdrawal requests approach or exceed these limits may be subject to additional verification checks before funds are released.

All payment methods used on dicespin-casinos.com are subject to verification. Where a payment method cannot be satisfactorily verified as belonging to the account holder, it will not be permitted for use on the platform and any associated withdrawal request will be placed on hold pending resolution.

13. Responsible Gambling Interaction with AML

dicespin recognises that problem gambling and financial crime can sometimes intersect. A customer who is gambling with funds they cannot afford to lose, or who is under financial pressure, may present behaviours that overlap with AML risk indicators. Our customer protection and AML teams work in a coordinated manner to ensure that customers displaying signs of either problem gambling or financial crime are identified promptly and that appropriate action is taken.

Where a customer's gambling activity is consistent with disordered gambling rather than financial crime, the matter will be handled primarily through our responsible gambling procedures. Where both concerns are present simultaneously, both sets of procedures will be applied. In either case, the customer's account may be restricted or suspended pending a full review.

Customers who wish to discuss responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — should contact our support team via Live Chat (Intercom) or by emailing our support address. These tools are available to all registered customers on dicespin-casinos.com.

14. The Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)

AccelCore Enterprise Limitada has appointed a designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). The MLRO is a senior member of the compliance function and has sole responsibility for receiving internal STRs, assessing those reports, and determining whether an external disclosure to the relevant authority is required. The MLRO also has responsibility for overseeing the implementation of this Policy, ensuring that staff training is maintained, and keeping the Policy under regular review.

The identity and contact details of the MLRO are held internally and are available to all staff. Customers who have concerns about potential financial crime on the platform should contact dicespin via the channels listed below rather than contacting the MLRO directly.

15. Contact and Escalation

If you have a query relating to your verification status, the documents required, or any aspect of this Policy, you may contact dicespin through the following channels:

Please note that, in accordance with our obligations under applicable AML law, dicespin is not able to confirm or deny whether any particular account or transaction is subject to an STR or external disclosure. Any enquiry of that nature will not be responded to in a manner that could constitute tipping off.

16. Policy Review

This Policy is reviewed at least annually by the MLRO and senior management, and is updated whenever there is a material change in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or the risk environment in which dicespin operates. The current version of this Policy is published on dicespin-casinos.com and supersedes all previous versions. Customers are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of dicespin-casinos.com following an update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
